Picanha steak, known for it's tenderness and flavor is also called the sirloin cap.  Picanha comes whole and can be sliced to preferred thickness at home or cooked whole!

Tenderized Skirt Steak is great for grilling or pan searing in a cast iron skillet.

Short Rib Nuggets, 2"x 2".  Comes to 3-5 bones/pk. Perfect for slow cooking in crock pot.  

Similar to fajita meat,  but much more tender.  Sliced across grain.  Pictured is a sliced sirloin flap bavatte.
