Tenderized Skirt Steak is great for grilling or pan searing in a cast iron skillit.  Very tender.  Avg. weight is 1.3lbs/pk.

Very lean and very tender.  This steak can be grilled or pan fried in skillet.  Comes 1/pk.  Avg. weight 0.42 lbs.

Two steaks/package.  Average weight 1.1 lbs.  Delicious Tenderized round steak for chicken fried steak, steak fingers, or even fajitas!  These are so tender they will melt in your mouth. 

Short Rib Nuggets, 2"x 2".  Comes to 4/pk.  Avg. weight 1.56 lbs./pk. Perfect for slow cooking in crock pot.

Similar to fajita meat,  but much more tender.  Sliced across grain.  Pictured is a sliced sirloin flap bavatte.  Avg. weight 2.5 lbs.

Comes 2 cuts/pk.  Avg. weight 3.0-3.5 lbs./pk.  This is a shank cut and is great for a slow cooker! 

Stew comes in 2 lb. packages.

Cut across the bone, 4 ribs/pk.  These are 3/4" thick.  Avg. weight 1.59 lbs/Pk.  Excellent appetizers!
