Roast come 1 roast/pk.  

Thin Sliced.  Beef Bacon comes 16 oz./pk

Bones are great for making beef broth.  Avg. bag is 5.3 lbs.  

Two cheeks/pk.  

Kidney Fat (Tallow).  

Heart is split in half.  1/2 heart/pk. 

Sliced Beef Liver.  Avg. package is 1.10 lbs. 

Stew comes in 2 lb. packages.

Comes 1 tongue/pk.

Brisket is seperated into the brisket flat and brisket point.  The brisket flat will be lean with less fat and point will have more fat.

1 bone/pk, split.   

Similar to chuck roast but contains more marbling.
