Short Rib Nuggets, 2"x 2".  Comes to 3-5 bones/pk. Perfect for slow cooking in crock pot.  

 Comes 1 steak/pk. Excellent for beef stir fry or fajitas. 

Cut across the bone, 4 ribs/pk.  These are 3/4" thick.  Excellent appetizers!  

For folks who don't want a thick steak, this little fella hits the spot.  Comes 1/pk.  Average weight 0.75 lbs
