Sedley's chuck roast is one of our more popular cuts.  Awesome meal for the busy family on those cool winter days.   Great for leftover sliders or even tacos!  Roasts come 1/pk.

Two steaks per package. Average weight 0.80 lbs.

Short Rib Nuggets, 2"x 2".  Comes to 4/pk.  Avg. weight 1.12 lbs./pk. Perfect for slow cooking in crock pot.

Avg. Wt. 1.65 lbs./pk  Comes 1 steak/pk. Excellent for beef stir fry or fajitas

Cut across the bone, 4 ribs/pk.  These are 3/4" thick.  Avg. weight 1.59 lbs/Pk.  Excellent appetizers! 

For folks who don't want a thick steak, this little fella hits the spot.  Comes 1/pk.  Average weight 0.60lbs.

Ground Beef comes in 1 lb. packs.  Lean 80/20
