Tenderized Skirt Steak is great for grilling or pan searing in a cast iron skillit.  

Very tender and wonderful flavor!  Comes from the tapered end of tenderloin.  Comes 1steak/pk.  Avg. weight 0.5-0.6 lbs/pk.

Top sirloin is a versatile and lean cut of beef that comes from the primal loin, located toward the back of the cow, just behind the short loin (where T-bone and porterhouse steaks come from).

One steak/package.  Average weight 1.5 lbs.
