Boneless Ribeyes, Arm Roast, Denver Steaks, Cut Filets (Filet Mignon), NY Strips, Osso Bucco, Short Ribs, Top Sirloins, Stew, Tenderized Round, Ground, Chuck Eye Steaks, Brisket (Flat or Point), Canoe Marrow Bones, Rump Roast, Sirloin Flap Bavette, and Patties

Pickup & Shipping
xYou can pick-up your order at our headquarters on the Martin Livestock Ranch in Leesville, Texas. We offer shipping at your cost on UPS/FedEX. Lastly, we deliver to 4 major Texas cities Houston, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Austin.
Houston orders are fulfilled on a monthly basis, with both small and large orders processed together. We typically deliver to Houston once or twice a month, while the greater San Antonio area receives deliveries 2-3 times a month, depending on order volume.
